Coulter Farms Fall Pickle Festival Trail Run

Please join us on Saturday September 16, 2023 for the 2nd Annual Fall "Pickle Festival" Trail Run (Approx 3 miles) at Coulter Farms! This exciting new trail race will take place entirely on farm trails, woodlands, and through the orchards. They will also be opening their corn maze for anyone who might be interested!

START/FINISH
The trail run will take place entirely on farm property and start time is set for 9am. Participants will run through orchards, farm trails, and woodlands.

REGISTRATION & PACKET PICKUP
Online registration will remain open right up until the start of the race at 9am. Packet pickup will take place at the farm market from 8:00am until 9am. Register by September 8th at 9am to guarantee your shirt on race day. A small quantity of extra shirts will be ordered and distributed on a first-come, first -serve basis until they are gone.

Trail Run Registration: $25/$30 on race day
*includes race t-shirt (guaranteed through 9/7/23), timing chip/bib, post race food/snacks, and a chance to win some fun gifts from the Farmer's Market!

If you prefer to mail in your registration, please download both the race waiver and appropriate USATF liability waiver below and mail to the address shown. You must complete and mail BOTH waivers to the address shown on the waiver along with your check payable to iRunWNY.

POST RACE CELEBRATION

The post race celebration will take place at the Coulter Farm Market near the corn maze. All registered participants will be provided with light food/snacks after the race along with bottled water at the finish line. There will also be hay rides for those who are interested and more!

TRAIL RUN AGE GROUPS & AWARDS
The top overall male and female runners will each receive a bushel of goodies from the Farm Market. Age group gifts (mini produce baskets TBD) will be awarded to the top 3 male and female runners in each age group shown below. All participants will be able to download and print custom finisher certificates showing their individual race stats and rankings. Finish line photos will also be available on the results page after the race.

There is plenty of free parking at Coulter Farms. You will be guided to the parking location upon arrival!

CANCELLATION POLICY
There will be no refunds. In the event of foul weather, public safety concerns, or for any other reason deemed necessary by race organizers (ex: state of emergency, Covid restrictions, etc), we reserve the right to postpone/reschedule the event at our discretion or offer a 100% virtual alternative if necessary.

TIMING & FINISH LINE SERVICES
Gun start/chip finish timing services using industry leading Jaguar Electronic RFID timing will be provided by Race Management Solutions. Results are updated throughout the race in real time and can be accessed at any time after crossing the finish line using any one of the following options:
